GrizzlyDrive Oil Cooler System
New drum motor oil conditioning technology conditions the oil to maintain optimal motor performance. The new patented VDG Oil Cooler, supplied as standard for GrizzlyDrive series drum motors 75 HP and higher, circulates and conditions the oil for optimal lubrication and heat dissipation, extending the life of the drive. A main cause of unexpected downtime of belt conveyors in mining and aggregate industries is motor failure due to an overheated motor. The VDG Oil Cooler filters, conditions, and reduces the oil temperature inside the drum motor, averting motor failures and the consequent costs including downtime.
